Custom designs
A design made from scratch to your own idea is quoted per project. Send the brief on the custom design page and you get a number and a plan back; no price is committed until you approve the quote.
02What every order includes
- Made by hand for your family. Our designers make it in the design you chose, with your names, every function with its date, time and venue, and your photos.
- A map, RSVP and music. A map for every venue, a reply form where the design has one (the replies reach your private RSVP console, free with the invite), and one song for the whole invite, the one you send us.
- The first version within 3 days of your complete details, on WhatsApp and by email, or within 24 hours for festival designs. Need it sooner? On request, in under 24 hours.
- Two rounds of changes, sent to us within 7 days of the first version, even after you have shared the link. The link your guests already have updates by itself.
- Our mistakes, fixed free, like a name we spelled wrongly, whenever you find them.
- A link for life. No expiry date and no yearly fee. It opens in seconds on any phone, with nothing to install.
- A real person on WhatsApp within 15 minutes of your order, 9 am to 10 pm IST, and you can reach us 24/7.

04How payment works
Prices are in Indian rupees and paid once, at checkout or on a payment link we send you. They include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. There is no subscription and no yearly fee.
Payments are taken by Cashfree, or by Razorpay for cards from outside India; your card and UPI details go to them, never to us. Your order is confirmed when the payment reaches us, and we email you a receipt.
A card from outside India is charged in Indian rupees, and the checkout adds a line for international card processing before you pay: the gateway's 3% and the 18% GST on that fee. Your own bank may add a conversion charge of its own.
Our designers take only so many invitations each month. Paying for a design reserves your slot in the month shown at checkout. When every slot is taken, you can send a request on WhatsApp instead, and we offer you the next slot that opens; nothing is charged for a request.
For something made just for you, we agree what it is on WhatsApp and send you a payment link with its name and price. The full terms are in Prices and payment.
05Cancellations and refunds
Everything we make is made for you alone, from your own details. Once we have started your order, nothing paid for it is refunded, add-ons and payment links included.
If you have paid and we have not made your order, because you cancelled before we started or because we cancelled it or could not make it, we refund what you paid within 7 days of the cancellation, to the account or card you paid from.
A double charge, or money taken for a payment that failed, is returned once the payment provider confirms it. A mistake of ours is fixed free of charge, whenever you find it. A refund to a card from outside India goes back in Indian rupees, without the international card processing, which the gateway keeps.

How much does an Invifest wedding invitation website cost?
₹2,499 to ₹7,000, paid once, depending on the design. Sindoori comes in 6 themes from ₹2,499 to ₹3,999. Invitations for other celebrations start at ₹379, and custom designs are quoted per project.
Is there a yearly fee, or does the link expire?
Neither. You pay once, and the link has no expiry date and no yearly fee: it stays yours for life.
Do the prices include tax?
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. A card from outside India also pays for international card processing, shown at checkout before you pay.
How soon is it ready?
