Invifest for Business is how wedding planners, photographers and studios gift their couples an invitation. In the Invifest Business app you make a code for a couple and a design and send it on WhatsApp. Your couple opens the design and pays nothing, you confirm within 24 hours and pay 13% less than the design's price, and our designers make the invitation with the couple while the app shows you every step and the RSVP counts.

We take the names, dates, venues and photos from the couple ourselves. The first version arrives within 3 days of their details, or in under 24 hours on request, with two rounds of changes.
RSVP counts for your couples
Once an invitation is live, you see how many guests are coming, for each function. The names stay with the couple.
Receipts with your GSTIN
Every invitation you pay for has a PDF receipt in Payments, with your GST number on it, emailed to you once you add an email.
One app, on your phone
Invifest Business opens in your phone's browser and stays signed in. Home shows only what waits for you and where each couple is.

Questions partners ask
How much do partners pay?
13% less than the price on the design's page, for every design, with no joining fee. You pay per invitation you confirm, and the app shows your partner price before you do. In the Partner Program, an invitation paid from your wallet balance is 23% less.
Does my couple pay anything?
Nothing for the design. Anything they add at checkout, like Aangan, a PDF or a film of the invitation, is theirs to pay.
How long does it take?
Confirm within 24 hours of your couple's choice. The first version reaches them within 3 days of their complete details, or in under 24 hours if they ask and we confirm it, and two rounds of changes follow within 7 days.
Do I have to pass on the couple's details and changes?
No. Our team messages the couple on WhatsApp for their details, and they send their changes to us directly. You see where each invitation stands in the app.
Can I see my couples' RSVPs?
You see the counts: how many are coming and not coming, and the number for each function. The guests' names stay with the couple.
Can my couple choose any design?
Any of our 29 ready designs, or a custom design drawn from scratch. For a custom design, our team has a short call with the couple and then messages you its price.
Is it white label?
No. Every invitation carries "Handcrafted for (the couple's names) by Invifest" at its foot (Terms A8). Your name and logo are on everything around it: the checkout, the couple's page and our emails. A credit for your studio on the invitation itself can be asked for, couple by couple.
Is there a bigger discount if I order often?
Yes: the Partner Program. Keep a balance in your Invifest Business wallet, and every invitation you pay from it costs 23% less than the price on the design's page, instead of 13%. Ask us how to join.
How do I become a partner?
Message us on WhatsApp or call us, any hour. We set up your studio's login and logo, and you can make your first code from your phone the same day.
