About the Invifest Blog
Who writes it, how we check what it says, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Who writes it
The Invifest Blog is written by Invifest, a studio in India whose designers make invitation websites for weddings and family celebrations. Every article carries the name of the person who wrote it; today that is Aditya Singh, who founded Invifest.
It answers what families ask us while we make their invitations: what to write for each ceremony, when to send it, how to collect replies, and how the ways of inviting compare. Wording articles are filed under Invitation Wording, the rest under Planning and Compare.
How facts are checked
Each article shows the day it was published and, once its words change, the day they last changed. Newer articles also show the day their facts were last checked, beside the author's name. A change to the site's layout is not a new edition, so the date moves only when the words do.
Prices and terms of other services come from their own pages, on the date the article gives, and can change after it. Customs vary by region and community: if yours differs from what an article says, tell us (see Corrections below).
Comparisons are written by Invifest
Invifest makes and sells invitation websites, and the comparison pages on this blog are written by Invifest itself. Each one says so, and where Invifest is one of the options, it is compared on the same questions as the rest.
Corrections
If something here does not match how your family does it, or a fact has changed, tell us on WhatsApp or by email. We would rather be corrected than be wrong: we check it, fix the article, and its Updated date changes with its words.
