Wedence and Invifest both give your guests one link on WhatsApp with every function and its map. They differ in who makes the invitation and in how much of the wedding they run. Wedence is a builder you use yourself, with paid plans that send and chase for you. Invifest is a studio: our designers make the invitation for you.

Where Wedence is the better choice
Wedence is built to run the guest side of a big wedding with software, and it does much more of that than we do. Choose it if:
- You want to start free. Its Free plan is ₹0 "forever": the animated invitation and website, every function with maps and replies, two designs, unlimited guests and no watermark, with every paid feature free for the first 7 days.
- You would rather make it yourself. Its setup guide needs three steps to go live, an account, your names, date and venue, and a design, and you can change anything after sending; "your invite is never frozen", in its words.
- You want the sending and chasing done for you. Pro sends the WhatsApp invitations, schedules them, sends automatic reminders and shows delivered and read ticks.
- Your guests travel. Pro tracks travel and hotels, and Signature allots rooms, gives every guest a pass and runs a QR arrival desk with live updates on the day.
- Both families plan together, each person with their own login, on Signature.
- You want a team to run it all. Concierge (₹29,999) gives you a named person on WhatsApp who loads the guest list, writes the messages, answers guests and negotiates with vendors.
Where Invifest is the better choice
We are a studio, not a builder. Choose us if:
- You want it made for you. You send names, functions, venues, photos and your song on WhatsApp, and our designers make the invitation by hand. You check it and send changes; two rounds are included.
- You want art drawn for your wedding. Designs such as Bansuri give every function its own painted artwork, the caricature add-on puts the two of you on every ceremony card, and a custom design is drawn from scratch for an idea no design has. Wedence's templates, by its own description, are "the same product underneath" with a different mood.
- You want the invitation to arrive from family. With Aangan, every guest gets a link that opens on their own name and shows only their functions, sent from your own WhatsApp, so it arrives from family.
- You want the link in writing for life. Our Terms promise no expiry date and no yearly fee, with 90 days' notice and a copy of your invitation if we ever close (how long other links last).

What Invifest does not do
So that nobody chooses us for something we do not offer:
- No free plan or free trial. Only the private RSVP console comes free, with an invitation that has a reply form.
- No editor to make it yourself. Our designers make every invitation.
- We do not send the invitations for you. Your family sends them from its own WhatsApp; Aangan makes that one tap a guest.
- No automatic or scheduled reminders, and no WhatsApp delivered or read ticks. In Aangan, "opened" means the guest opened the invitation link.
- No QR check-in, wedding-day passes, room allocation or travel tracking.
- No password on the invitation, and no budget, vendor or checklist tools.
And The Curated Knot?
The Curated Knot is the other builder that comes up beside Wedence. On its pricing page on 27 October 2026, the Free plan (₹0, forever) gives one wedding website with multiple events, replies for each event, guest management with CSV import and export, a password on the site and 59 templates. Essential (₹4,999) and Premium (₹12,999), both one-time, were marked "Coming Soon", and WhatsApp messages and day-of check-in were listed on its home page as features still to come.
Like Wedence, you make it yourself: "No designer, no waiting, no code", its home page says. Its privacy policy keeps wedding website data "typically" for 6 months after the wedding date, after which you can ask for an archive. Choose it if you want to build a site yourself for free and do not need WhatsApp sending yet. Questions people ask
Is Wedence free?
Yes, to start. On 27 October 2026 its pricing page offered a Free plan at ₹0 forever: the animated invitation and website, two designs, replies for each function and unlimited guests, with no watermark. Named replies, WhatsApp sending and the planner need Pro (₹3,999 at its festive price) once the first 7 days end.
Is Invifest free?
No. Every invitation is made by our designers, and there is no free plan or trial. The private RSVP console comes free with every invitation that has a reply form.
Which is better, Invifest or Wedence?
For a free start, making it yourself and running guest operations with software, Wedence. For an invitation made for you by designers, with art drawn for your wedding and sent from your family's own WhatsApp, Invifest, which is ours.
Does Invifest send automatic reminders?
No. With Aangan you send each reminder yourself with one tap, from lists of the guests who have not replied or not been reminded yet. Wedence Pro sends automatic reminders.
Can guests see only their own functions on both?
Yes. Wedence Signature gives each group a separate link. At Invifest, a separate link for one event and the other family's own link are add-ons, and Aangan gives every guest a personal link with only their functions. See inviting guests to only some functions.
How long do the links last?
Invifest's has no expiry date and no yearly fee. Wedence publishes no end date; its privacy policy keeps records while your account and its service remain available, and says the wedding date passing does not delete them by itself.
